Send E-Mail

Allows you to send E-Mail without using code step.

  • General Information
  • Parameter Description
    Name The name of send e-mail step. (Compulsory)
    Description The description of send e-mail step. (Not Compulsory)
  • Region
  • Parameter Description
    Related Flow Image The using image during this step. (Compulsory)
  • Action
  • Parameter Description
    To Specifies the e-mail addresses of the people to whom e-mail will be sent. If it will be sent to more than one address, “;” should be written.(Compulsory)
    CC It specifies the email addresses of the persons to whom emails will be sent for informational purposes. If it will be sent to more than one address, “;” should be written.
    Subject The subject information of the e-mail.(Compulsory)
    Body E-Mail is content information.(Compulsory)
  • E-mail information (To, Cc, Subject, Content) can be fixed, variable or data type. The text value is selected on the page opened by clicking the […] button. In case more than one e-mail address is required to be entered, there will be “,” or “;” between e-mail addresses and there will be no spaces.
  • If the text value of the e-mail information is selected as “Variable”, the “Variable Type” should be selected from the Variable Text Value section below. (Date, Special Day, Clipboard etc.)
  • If e-mail information is selected as “Data”, “Data Source” must be selected from the “Data” menu that will open below. (Data sources created within the project will be listed.)

    Maximum Step Duration The maximum time to the end of completion to find the image. If the image cannot found on the screen or the selected region, this step will not verified. (Compulsory)
    Wait Duration After Operation The wait time to pass next step to find the image. (Compulsory)
  • Scenario Flow
  • Parameter Description
    Step Flow Indicates the step flow type. (Compulsory)

    Ordered The flow type to continue sequentially.
    Conditional The flow type to continue conditionally.

    • Step to Run On Success
    • This step continues to another step when on success. You can choose End to terminate the scenario step.

    • Step To Tun On Fail
    • This step continues to another step when on fail. You can choose End to terminate the scenario step.
