  • Additional modules

VooDoo below The enterprise architecture of RPA is shown.

VooDoo Studio enables process creation to occur with visuals through recording devices. This makes it a user-friendly application. The processes created in the studio with VooDoo Robot work like a human, even without human errors, in an attended or unattended mode.

Unified Console (UC) is a web application. The user accesses the UC, monitoring worker robots and scheduling and running job queues. With specific analyzes, it is possible to track how many hours the robot works per week, its daily working performance, task status, and completed tasks.

With more than 250 steps in the step explorer, it is possible to drag and drop many processes without needing any code. Functions created with drag and drop are visually seen in the workflow diagram.

Its advanced recording features allow VooDoo RPA to take visual recordings from the web browser or desktop applications.

In participatory automation, RPA bots work with employee interaction to assist the process, while in unattended automation, they work in a predetermined time frame.

While developing the process, some parts of the code may be required. VooDoo RPA can be developed with C# or Visual Basic.

With the Screen Scraping feature, it is possible to get the desired data from websites or applications. This can be done with OCR or GIS. With VooDoo RPA, screen scraping can be realized with the help of the visual recording and then selecting the desired data to be retrieved. The GIS method is faster than OCR but only works on the web. Since the objects are accessed by the javascript method, the processes are faster.

VooDoo RPA can run on any ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) application. It is possible to run all processes developed using the integrated console.

The desired task is dropped into the graphics area with drag-and-drop to improve the visual processing steps. These process steps are then transformed into a visual workflow chart. In addition, it is possible to create a workflow with a recording device.

Recorders are used to record the desired actions and convert them into a series of processes. UiPath has several recorder features. These are basic registration, desktop recording, web registration, and citrix registration. There are more than 300 events in UiPath.

UiPath can pull data from web pages or applications with the Screen Scraping feature. It can work with .Net, Java, Flash, PDF, Legacy, and SAP.

UiPath Studio is an interface that allows users to create their processes with drag-and-drop and design them as a visual.

The UiPath robot allows the processes created to be executed and used without human intervention.

UiPath Orchestrator is a web-based application. It can monitor robots and deploy and control processes. In short, the platform allows you to manage all bots.

Provides participatory and unattended automation. You can decide when the participatory software robot will run on your PC. The unattended software robot can work remotely in a scheduled program.

RPA automation may sometimes require code. It is used for C# and development.

UiPath can work with an ERP or DMS with an integration feature; Institutions can integrate such a system using the orchestrator feature.

Alerts you about individual project errors. These can be seen in the output panel.

UiPath offers clicking, text recognition, and OCR activities. It can automate data sources that are not configured with OCR.

Automation Anywhere

Room is a web-based app similar to the orchestrator mentioned in UiPath. Controls bots. It gives an analysis of bots and checks how many bots are running and how many failures or successes they are running. In addition, you can configure license management. There are two types of licenses in Automation Anywhere.

With a developer license, you can create, edit and run bots. The bot can also work with the run license, but no changes can be made.

Creating bots is done in desktop-based applications. Bot Runner is the machine on which the bot is run; there can be more than one bot running.

There are three types of recorders. These are registrars for Windows applications, Web, and Object.
